  They messed my order up and I called and because we live so far away they offered to replace the order next time we came through. The woman who I spoke to was rude and I 2ill never stop here again. My coffee was still messed up.

  There was 1 worker running the whole store drove thru and inside. Everyone called in. I understand his frustration but he was down right rude and disrespectful. Throwing things around with customers in the store. Threw chocolate syrup and his head set to the ground. My son’s refresher was made wrong he refused to remake it. My bf ordered a chocolate chip muffin and got blueberry and the guy got snippy about it. Do better it’s not our fault or any other customers fault your by yourself.

  Shout out to Ace for hustling like no other Dunkin employee I’ve ever seen before. He was abandoned by the manager on his shift and continued to pump out coffee and food orders without complaint. He was pleasant, fast working and wasn’t begrudging of his situation at all. For the amount of people that showed up directly after placing my large order I felt so badly I wished I could jump behind the line and help. We left him a large tip and huge thank you!

  Whoever was working at 4:20 this afternoon should be fired. It’s not hard to make a chai latte. There’s NO coffee in a chai tea latte. The staff is rude when you try to explain to them exactly what you want. It took the girl 20 minutes to take and make my order when there was nobody else in the drive through. Now I have to contact Dunkin and get my money back since the drinks this lady made were disgusting and not what I ordered at all. I have never in my life written a negative review about a Dunkin, but this experience was just so frustrating that I’ll never come back. PLEASE don’t go here, save yourself the headache and money. The workers are terrible and so is the service.
