- EBEmily BlakeOct 3, 20241.0When people rely on medication, you have to communicate with them. I understand not getting medication in or being shorted, but this pharmacy NEVER communicates when scripts are on backorder. It takes time for me to call a doctor and call other pharmacies. Time I don't have because by the time I find out they have no idea when meds will arrive, we're completely out. Frankly, if YOU'RE out of it then YOU should be doing this leg work. You should know which other pharmacies have meds in stock, so AT WORST, all I have to do is call my doctor with the pharmacy name. All the pharmacy does is throw their hands up and say, "oh well, sorry." There's no extra effort or urgency given to people's needs. Show a little initiative once in a while. Doesn't matter though. Looks like this review will just get the stock "we're not interested in being better, but you can email us" answer.

Every time I call ahead they have my meds ready, they are more than happy to help with any questions and the store is always CLEAN. Anytime you go in there you see people cleaning! They make you feel like a priority, way better than any other pharmacy I’ve been too.

She hadn’t needed an inhaler in months so we didn’t have one.I called Kinney’s as they were closing and told them of the situation and asked them to please help. They filled my wife’s script and kept the store open just for us after hours. I don’t know what we would have done that night without them. This was over there years ago now, but it came to mind and I thought I should let everyone know. They definitely went above and beyond for my family.
