  I ordered a refresher less syrup because my wife don’t like it crazy sweet and a chocolate donut. When I got to the window the guy was very rude I said thankyou when he handed me my card back and said thankyou when he handed me the bag with the donut in it and then drink he didn’t say your welcome not once ok what ever I’ll deal with it. I get home the chocolate donut is upside down in the bag and the drink which I specifically asked because I ordered a large refresher less of the syrup because she don’t like it to sweet well they put the normal amount of syrup in the drink and was crazy sweet. So this interaction today was pretty shitty

  I understand that because of the orange person occupying the White House stopped having pennies minted which has led to many places not having exact change anymore but why do we have to pay for it seriously? A drink here still costs 4.77 with tax I gave a five they gave back twenty cents so you're making an extra 3cents a drink. I guess it would cut too much into your profits to maybe charge 4.75 instead ya know so that way your customers would get back all their change instead of you keeping it. GOT IT!!! Bet the owner is a drumpf supporter

  some of the staff are lowkey rude when not given a reason to be, like you can be the most respectful person and they still will have a bad attitude. horrible customer service and when the staff are mad at you they make your food and drinks HORRIBLE 🤦‍♀️
