When I arrived, a staff member told the store was closed and that staff had no control over mobile orders. When I returned to resolve the issue on 12/29/25, the manager Jasmine was dismissive and argumentative despite being shown proof of the order and charge of the transaction. She questioned why I returned and made no effort to resolve the issue. Another employee reviewed the same proof and promptly honored my order. Jasmine’s behavior was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service and resolution skills.
