  This is the worse McDonald's around. Prices are almost double the McDonald's one town over. Orders constantly screwed up, and attitudes on a regular from the employees. Orders made cold and served while the customer waits for "fresh food". Sandwiches made without major key ingredients like a steak egg and cheese coming out without a egg on it. Told to go to Dunkin for my sandwich and after contacting management and the owners of the location, nothing ever changes. And don't even try to pay for your breakfast with a $100 bill or they'll deny you and say they still have their morning draw and can't break a $100. Go to Catskill McDonald's instead of Cairo. Foods always hot and nearly half the price, and a much better environment. Wish I could give the Cairo location a less then 1* rating

  This McDonald’s location really stands out, especially because of the playground area. Not many McDonald’s still have indoor play places anymore, so it’s always great to find one that is clean, safe, and well-maintained. The playground here is a huge bonus for families — kids have a place to burn energy, and parents get a chance to relax while enjoying their meal. The play area was spotless when I visited. No trash on the floor, tables wiped down, and everything looked like it was checked regularly. The equipment inside looked sturdy and well cared for, and you can tell the staff takes the time to keep it in good shape. It felt like a fun and safe environment for kids of all ages. Food came out fast, fresh, and hot — exactly what you want from McDonald’s. Service was friendly and welcoming, and even with the busyness that comes with having a playground, the staff stayed on top of everything. Overall, this is one of the better McDonald’s locations in the area. If you have kids or just want a clean, comfortable place to sit, the playground makes this spot an easy 5-star pick. Highly recommended for families and anyone who appreciates a well-run restaurant.

  Waited 15 minutes for my mobile order the fries weren’t done nor were they warm and left half my order out do not recommend

  So decided to give this location a try. Big mistake. The food tasted old and overly greasy my Big Mac and fries were barely warm, and the whole meal just felt off. Within a couple of hours both my partner and I felt really sick to our stomachs and paid the price in the bathroom. Definitely not what I expected
