  For the two managers working this morning, THANK YOU! We saw that man in the lobby with the police trying to justify threatening and berating you. You handled yourselves very well. TREAT THESE STAFF BETTER!!!!!! You guys were doing your best and we appreciate you for it! Thank you!!!!!

  I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this Dunkin’ location, and it seems to stem from management. The manager consistently comes across as disrespectful toward customers and has a very poor attitude. It creates an uncomfortable environment and makes people not want to come back. On top of that, the staff does not appear to be properly trained. Orders are often incorrect, and employees seem confused or unsure of procedures. That reflects directly on management. One manager (the one with two lip piercings) has been especially unprofessional and dismissive when interacting with customers. There’s no reason for that level of disrespect in a customer service setting. This location could improve a lot with better leadership and proper training. Maybe a new manager to until that happens, I can’t recommend coming here.

  Horrible nasty employees who don’t know how to talk or treat people. Jenna was extremely nasty to us multiple times.

  Dropped in the other day when it was very quiet. No one else in the store and no one at the drive-thru. Two young women working. They were talking and one saw me and I still waited quite a while for her to come over to the register. No friendly greeting, no hello how are you, she just stood there at the register waiting for me to give my order. I ordered a coffee and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Right after that another person come in and ordered one coffee and then one car drove up. I received my coffee and then waited 5 minutes for the bagel and then asked what happened to the bagel and the one lady said oh they forgot...no apology while I waited for the bagel the second time. This store is lacking in atmosphere. It is January and they still have Halloween decorations out front! The staff was not friendly and certainly not attentive to customers. Management really needs to step up and help this franchise out.
