I am a huge Dunkin fan and spend a lot of money there but this location is by far the worst. The staff is so rude. I am nice to everyone. It is not hard. Last week I did a mobil order and they were so rude. I guess I didn’t give them enough time. I don’t mind waiting. They do not need to be rude about it. I thanked them and she says yep, and walks away. So rude!!! The other girl was no better. She said absolutely nothing when I said thank you. I got two refreshers today for me and my daughter and they both were horrible! We drove to another Dunkin and got 2 more and they were delicious. The scanner here never works!! It used to not work in the drive through. They traded it with the counter and now it never works at the counter. It’s been that way for a very long time. Dunkin cannot afford a new scanner?? The place is always dirty. I will avoid this location as much as possible.
