- BBBrian BloomOct 25, 20251.0I go here once or twice a year because every time I do, no joke, no exaggeration, I stand in line for 10 to 20 minutes waiting to order coffee while every employee in the place is busy making one or two previous orders. Today it was 20 minutes and two previous orders, each for two people with a line behind me a couple people short of reaching out the door. I finally got my coffee and got donuts, forgoing the breakfast sandwiches and hash browns my wife and I wanted because of how horrible the service was. The donuts have that day or two old feel to them and the coffee tastes old and burnt. This Dunkin has been plagued by systemic mismanagement and understaffing for years. I guess, in a terrible way, it's nice to see consistency from a fast food business. BH Dunkin is consistently horrible.

- LHLauren HazelwoodJul 22, 20251.0there was a lady working (around 1pm 7/22/25) and she was quite rude to her fellow workers acting like she was better than everyone else. she then proceeded to mess up multiple orders and then blame the customer and be rude to them saying they're stupid for wanting the food they ordered.
