- SSSonofthor5 days ago4.0Always a good place, for a while they were offering a pizza that was delicious but its not on the menu any more... but the salads are always fresh tasting and do not taste like they are from a bag or have been in a freezer.

From the young inexperienced, unprofessional cashier to the EXTREMELY unprofessional "teamlead " Alena who continously addressed me as "hun" and I'm old enough to be her mother! UNPROFESSIONAL. Very rude and dropped my bagel on the floor because she was upset! When I asked to speak to the manager she made up a lie as to why the manager wasnt available. These KIDS need to be trained properly before being a "team lead" or a manager because they lack the customer service skills to meet the needs of customers. Once the young cashier huffed and puffed and walked away from the register after rushing me to place a order a very nice worker by the name of Noora came to the register and showed the true definition of a "good customer service representative " I applaud her for stepping up and make the wrongs of other RIGHT. She deserves a raise and special recognition.

The only downside for the general public is that entry is a bit restricted, so it’s not as easy for everyone to access.
