  If I could give them a zero I would fries cold and old nuggets the same way not great at all. Workers have attitudes when you request for fresh food. I would never eat nor order here ever again for the money I spent tonight.

  Six days ago I had visited this location. An employee had brought food out and had called out a name. No one had claimed it, so a name had been called out again. Again, there had been no response. As I was waiting, I had thought that it might have been my order, due to the very small beverage. So, I had called out, "Miss" 4 different times. When she had finally responded, she had admitted that she had not known how to pronounce my name. I had then said, "You do not know how to pronounce "Diane'????? I had called Customer Service the next day with a detailed complain suggesting that there is a need to call out WHAT the order is, if they receive no response after calling out a very mangled name. I had also suggested that only employees who can call out names with enough clarity so a customer can actually recognize it, should be permitted to bring out the ordered food. I want to add that they were only doing takeout at that time; it would not have been an issue, had they been doing dine-in orders, as the employee should have been able to recognize the number of the table tent. The manager has still not reached out to me. They are NOT on the ball at this location and lack common sense. They have made very little effort to retain my business. Try a location that is more deserving of your patronage.

  Sadly they do not pay attention to their order dispatching. Order a Egg and Steak Breakfast, no steak but sausage. Order a McGrilled, no egg and sausage. Not a place I will recommend.

  03/20/26: Quickly and accurately delivered my drive threw order. They were friendly and polite. ~Would return.
