  The line is often really long and service is slow, but the food is usually good quality when you finally get it. Also, if⁰ you go inside to order when the drive thru line is long, you get ignored as if you're not even standing there, unless you're picking up door dash orders. However, slightly off topic, I can't seem to get extra ketchup and extra diced onions from any McDonald's location. EVERY time I ask for that they give me minimum ketchup and extra pickles. It's very annoying. Just needed to throw that in there because I don't understand, LOL. On Main Street and Bailey, Kensington and Harlem, and Grider and Delavan the same thing happened with that request. It's kind of diabolical. I'm honestly perplexed. 🤔

  Really enjoyed my meal here! The burger was fresh and tasty, and the fries were perfectly hot and crispy. Everything was served quickly, and the quality was exactly what I expect from McDonald’s. Great for a quick and satisfying bite!

  The little girl in the drive through was rude as ever , didn't acknowledge me I'm saying hello just to see if they knew I was there and she got really nasty if you don't like your job get a new one or accept what is if you can't jesus

  The food was good and everything was clean. The place is just so busy though. After waiting for 15 minutes they brought out about 8 large door dash orders and the. Finally started serving customers in store again.

  This is the only McDonald’s in this city that decides when that take 30 minutes breaks. Who shuts down the restaurant for 30 minutes? It’s fast food right? If your doors just closed at 10, then how are you already taking a 30 minute break. I could see if it were 2am, but it’s 1130 and this is always an issue for this location. It’s annoying. No one is waiting for 30 minutes, so they use that as an easy ploy to turn customers away. Sounds like losing money to me. I guess I’ll just continue to drive to North Buffalo, seems they’ll continue to have better service than the east side.
