  Manger took my order. Order was wrong. She was very rude while we were in the store. She gave us 3 extra small cups after ordering though. When we got our food, we checked to make sure everything was right. We brought some of the wrong items to the counter and after a while git the replacements. I then got home and opened my food to find that that too was wrong and my bfs burgers were burnt. I then called to bring it to there attention and the manager was very snappy and rude when I just politely asked for her to double check once in a while because she got 3 items wrong already. I did not ask for a refund or a new sandwich as I was still able to eat it. The customer service sucked and was very rude and the food was rushed.

  Worst in the area. 1230a on a Tuesday and a 2 man crew cant run a mostly automated kitchen.

  might just be the worst/most unreliable mcdonald’s in WNY. stay away—it’s not worth the aggravation you’ll endure when you come here

  This location has become a complete dumpster fire over the years. Drive through line barely moves, no one ever wants to help you at the counter and as far as a DoorDash order, forget that too, order was missing 2 lg fries and a ranch and buffalo cup but it was on the receipt. Clean house or just close your doors at this point

  20 minutes from time I ordered food at drive thru till I got my food. I had to go in to spur them along. And they didn't give me utensils or syrup or butter for pancakes. They had me sitting outside waiting for food that didn't come, while my coffee got cold. Not Happy.
