  The employee named Sara or Sarah i dont k ow how to spell her. Name byt I was nothing byt cordial to the counter staff named Sarah and she was absolutely unprofessional 100% she gave me attitude from the beginning and was really really disrespectful I want to file a for.al complaint again her to talk to a paying customer with attitude for no reason at all she deserves to be fired

  This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. The service was extremely late, and the staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. We waited a long time for our food with no explanation or apology.. I can't imagine management is totally blind.. Shame shame😡😡

  Lady that claimed to be a manager was beyond rude. Asked for a sweet tea no ice at the speaker, got to the window and saw it had ice. I very nicely asked her to re make and she gave me the nastiest of attitudes saying I didn’t ask at the speaker and refused to re make it. I was very upset and came back around and asked for a refund on the whole order to which the manager LIED and said they don’t do refunds. Thankfully the other young lady pictured re made my drink behind the managers back. I will be calling the store tomorrow to speak with an actual manager to have her reprimanded and if that doesn’t work I will call corporate. It cost absolutely nothing to be POLITE!!!
