  Don't ever place a order at this McDonald's, 3 employees just talking and sitting around in the drive thru window while being held up in line for 20 mins for a order of fries

  Had a good experience overall. The food was fresh, and the portion sizes were decent. Fries were warm and crunchy, and the drink was nicely chilled. Service was fast, even during a busy time.

  Hands down the worst McDonald's in all of Western New York. Why is this the only McDonald's in the area that serves white not golden fries? They look more like noodles is it the oil not cooked long enough? I unfortunately live in the neighborhood with this poorly franchised McDonald's. They lack in giving straws never give napkins and very rarely complete an order. I wouldn't recommend any delivery services or the drive-thru. You have to go in this prison looking unwelcoming cold place and open the contents in front of them. No need to comment Jose. Clearly your ratings speak for itself. If it wasn't for the McDonald's franchise name you'd be finished.

  I placed a mobile order at 10:15 am and got to the store at 10:35. They said I had to cancel my order because they didn’t have breakfast anymore. They could’ve either had the order ready already or just fulfilled the order since it was only 5 minutes past breakfast.
