- JNJohn NaumovichApr 11, 20261.0When I came in there was nobody in line and there was two people already sitting down and eating then other people came in and pick up their food and they were prioritized in front of me I know they might have been take out but regardless I still waited 15 minutes to get my food and it seemed like even other people that came in and got prioritized in front of me. Considering there was only two other Burger setups waiting to be made when I got there, and I saw the correct amount of burgers on the grill. My burger still went to someone else so I ended up basically getting pushed back in line because my order got either forgotten about or I don't know what happened but nobody mentioned anything or didn't seem to care. Maybe Anderson's next door for the same price can do it better

Not because the bacon wasn't crispy—it was—but because the floor at this establishment has officially reached a level of lubrication that violates several laws of Newtonian physics. Between the cardboard trip hazard at the door and the interior floor conditions, I feel less like a customer and more like an Olympic curler without a broom.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
