    Disaster. I waited just shy of 20 mins for a cashier and a manager try and figure out how to process a order for the couple in front of me , left and went elsewhere. First and last time at Wingstop for me .

    Flight was delayed and missed my connection so I was given an overnight stay here. I can only attest to the room and staff which I found friendly. The room was clean and neat but could use more lighting and better quality washcloths. I was in an accessible room and the bed was comfortable and the room was accessible so there was plenty of space. Didn’t really get to relax as it was very late and I had a very early rebooked flight the next morning. The shuttle runs on the half hour so I missed the first one and had to wait another 30 minutes for the shuttle to return and the driver appeared to be very tired as he was the same person that dropped me off the night before. I imagine he had worked all night and needed TV time to relax before he would return to the airport. The check in was quick and I had no complaints. It is an older hotel but I feel it was well kept.

    This was easily one of the worst Wingstop experiences I’ve had. The store was visibly dirty, unorganized, and poorly managed. I came in to pick up my order myself — not during rush hour — and still waited over 20 minutes past the promised pickup time. What made it worse was watching multiple employees standing around, joking, and clearly not prioritizing orders while customers waited. There was no sense of urgency, no communication, and no accountability. When I asked about my order, I got vague excuses instead of answers. If you’re not busy and still can’t get orders out on time, that’s a management and work-ethic issue, plain and simple. Fast food should be fast, or at the very least clean and professional. This location delivers none of the above. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly recommend corporate take a serious look at how this store is being run.

    I ordered 30 wings 15 Garlic Parm and 15 Mango Habinero. The wings were cooked decently... but lacked the main flavors! I received 15 wings all Parmesan NO GARLIC and 15 wings all Habinero NO MANGO and NOT ONE BLUE CHEESE NOT ONE!!! ALL FOR A WAPPING $44.58. TOOK MY MONEY AND ONLY GAVE ME HALF OF WHAT I PAID FOR DO BETTER WINGSTOP!!!! This was my FIRST time dinning at Wingstop and this will be my LAST as well!! GO TO EXPRESS LANE INSTEAD!

    Honestly it was ok until the interaction with the white guy working Friday night. I guy placed his order after me and got saved 1st..no hig deal. I simply asked if my order was ready and he had and attitude and said there's a board dedicated to this but then couldn't find my order.. lose the bad attitude. Not knocking the job but I'll buy the place just to fire him.
