I have a severe peanut allergy and had a significant allergic reaction after consuming a product from this location that contained peanut butter. This indicates a serious breakdown in their allergen safety protocols. For your own safety, if you have a life-threatening food allergy, I would exercise extreme caution here. I will not be returning.

When I got home with it I was only able to eat the fruit toppings and under it I realized was a whole frozen slab of Nutella chocolate and barely any açaí. I wouldn’t go there again.

I also replied to the email to the store.****** No one cares to make this right. My drink was horrible then I got to the bottom after having to use a bigger straw and there is a pill just chilling. Guessing it’s energizer but why is it not blended like the rest of my drink. This is in Tonawanda NY. Pictures below. I would like to get this resolved and not get blown off. This was my PB cup smoothie. The worst one I’ve had in 10+ years. Customer service is horrid.
