- IIinfernape4251 day ago1.0Ordered for delivery through the app. Got a pb banana flatbread. The put it in a stale/old tortilla instead of the flatbread and gave me like 1/3 of the normal amount of filling. I thinks it’s because I used my points for the flatbread and maybe they didn’t care. Idk

When they were contacted on the phone, whoever picked up was very rude and when she was asked if we could just pick up the missing item she insolently said to just get a refund online because they were busy and hung up the phone. This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. The smoothies however, are good.
