- MBMike BartlettDec 18, 20251.0Placed an order at 9 PM for my spouse and myself that’s currently sitting in the ER because this was the only subway that said they were open until 10 besides the one near my house I placed the order I get to the restaurant at 9:25. They tell me that the order was canceled because they already closed. Why online does it say 10 o’clock. And now have to wait days for money back. This is not right this place should not even be open also when I got there, their door was unlocked, but they were counting down their drawer. I know for my job whenever I’m counting money I lock the door. Their manager really needs to look into this and I will definitely be calling corporate.

Upon arriving, I was informed that the order was voided, as "there have been some issues with online orders and the owner wanted them all cancelled." Don't try putting in an online order late; you won't get it.
