- JFJoshua Fletcher6 days ago5.0Walking in for my first time ever in a Panera Bread I was honestly worried I wouldn’t like it or maybe this was just not for me. I looked at the menu and was too thrilled about the options because I’m just not much of a soup and sandwich guy but let me tell you… it’s not just soup and sandwich. We ordered and the staff were BEYOND pleasant. So friendly and helpful never making us feel like a burden AT ALL. We ended up ordering the pick two and both got soup and half sandwiches but IMMEDIATELY fell in love at first bite. It was absolutely amazing!!! The soup was the perfect temperature and creamy the sandwich was bursting with flavor and color. On top of that the free item included and I got a frozen hot chocolate. We were a little confused on where to dump trays after eating but the staff said it’s no problem and helped us! Above all that the thing that made me smile was sitting there eating my food and hearing the way the staff talked to each other. They were talking like friends and not just co workers. Everyone stayed smiling the entire time and one guy had been up since 5am!!! Needless to say we are planning a visit back out here and have no second thoughts!!!
