Get your drive thru speaker fixed and if the speaker REALLY WORKS STOP SKIPPING OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT DRIVES THE HELL OFF AND THEN GIVE THE NEXT CUSTOMER A PRICE KNOWING DAMN WELL YOU DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND WHEN I KEPT ON SAYING HELLO (SO OBVIOUSLY THE WOMAN THAT WAS DOING DRIVE-THRU WAS CHOOSING WHO SHE WANTED TO TALK TO)I HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD THAT NEEDS TO TAKE MEDICINE WITH HER FOOD AND WAS TOLD WORD FOR WORD THAT THEY HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS TO SERVE AND I DON'T HAVE TO SERVE YOU AT ALL THIS IS CLEARLY THE WORST MCDONALD'S IN WESTERN NEW YORK

Literally the worst McDonald's. As a customer whether they get the order right is a gamble. As a doordasher not once has the order ever been ready or completed in a timely manner.

Absouhanda down the worse McDonald's we have in Buffalo. Terrible service. They had everyone waiting inside because they had to take door dash orders and told us it's because they had only one person at the register on a Saturday evening. 730 pm and they were rude ignoring everyone just to say they're going to mess up our orders. Even when you door dash my child is always missing a drink shirt on nuggets or the order is completely wrong. They could have kept Genesee open and closed this one. The staff is always just playing around but acting as if they are so busy and can't get your order. And the drive through is even worse. You'll run out of gas before you can even give your order just to find out it's wrong. I feel like they damage people's orders if you complain and really have no regard for service at any respectable level. Absolutely hate it and would never recommend this place!!
