Took at least three times to explain what a plain hamburger is...... the meat & the roll. If I wanted cheese or anything else, I'd ask for it.
Apparently the $15 or $20 an hour minimum wage doesn't make a difference. I even ordered it as a "ham plain" and it still comes out with cheese 99% of the time.
Don't bother with the automated response asking me to call an 800 number, I've run into this same issue at damn near any McDeath I've ever visited.

Great prompt service 2/16/2026 11pm, only issue is the fountain sodas tastes horrible which is due to not cleaning regularly the fountain nossels. The longer they aren't cleaned the more bitter the sodas tastes. I'll swing by again in a week to see if this was done by ordering a soda. If I get the same bitter taste I'll have to go up the line. But I'm sure y'all will take care of this issue. I'm a retired RGM & had ours done every 24 hours. What a difference it makes :)

Why do you put the just miserable person in the drive through? When I say thank you I don't expect a dirty look from some unhappy kid. My money is important and it just makes me want to spend it elsewhere. Btw. I was there today January 17 2026 at 4:18 pm. She will remember because I told her she was miserable.
