  they are slower then slow and the workers just stand around and wait for people to just leave laziest bunch of fast food workers I’ve ever seen in my life easiest job out here and they barley can get it done the drive thru takes about 30 minutes

  This location never EVER EVER puts dehydrated onions on the cheeseburgers. I don’t understand why other than they are too lazy to make them which takes a whole 30 seconds to do so, but I really wish they cared more. A little attention to detail goes a long way.

  Just left there not long ago, at 9:59pm. My girl Ordered her food including a triple cheeseburger which was repeated back to her as a TRIPLE cheeseburger. We get to the window after waiting for twenty damn minutes in the drive thru and were given a regular cheeseburger. The chubby and rude white woman manager, or shift supervisor, whatever she is, told her she had to drive back around and reorder the triple cheeseburger that she ordered correctly in the first place. That woman was downright rude and nasty, and threatened us to call the cops if we didn’t leave the drive thru when her crew made the mistake. We will DEFINITELY be calling corporate in the morning. That is not how you treat people.

  Wanted to stop for food because I had been driving literally for over 16 hours straight, first for work then to give 2 kids a ride home that were stranded an hour a way in the far southern tier, thought my life was over a handful of times due to the snow and roads and stopped in springville first but their McDonald’s was closed so I was thankful for this location to be open and still serving dinner food. Upon arrival, no line which was perfect and I had a quick and good experience minus the first worker I encountered who happened to be the order taker, lol all I’m going to say is she did not seem to be happy in the slightest bit and it showed and was felt, however all the other staff were great and friendly so overall I didn’t have any problems, had I only encountered the first employee this review would be very different.
