I literally specified that i wanted my drink with Extra Caramel Syrup, Extra Cream , Add Sugar, Add Chocolate Syrup yet they added nothing in my drink. It was straight up bitter. I also ordered two of the drinks and mind you they give me only one. I am spending my money so i can feed myself and my siblings just for them to not take their job seriously. I hope yall workers reflect on your mistakes and take your job seriously. If you can’t then i don’t think you should be working there.
