The workers were walking around in circles looking lost, doing DoorDash orders before in store orders. The females in the front store once confronted by me and another customer about our order, they became real chatty and rude when all we wanted the to do is put a couple fries nuggets and sandwiches that was already made in the bag. once I received the food they still ended up giving me the wrong order.

Note the order had already been placed in their system and paid for, and now I don't get a refund unless I send a comment in the app (and hope they respond ). It's a lot of hassle, and I saw multiple people driving away frustrated. I've had bad service before, but this was the first time it crossed my mind that there was some kind of a scam going on (just to recap... I got no food and currently have no refund).

It is extremely dangerous during lunch time due to the high school students and if you are trying to eat lunch there you will not be able to even order unless you go through the drive-thru. If I could give this location zero stars for the poor customer service and the absolute horrible conditions for the customers I would. I will also be contacting corporate about this location and the poor performance that they have.
