  There at 1pm today, messed up both my coffee orders, single, single got single triple, iced mocha came hot mocha, long wait slow service with 4 people behind the counter that i saw. Worst donut I ever had (blueberry) tasted like artificial blueberry chemical very strong, had to spit it out was so bad. Never had an aweful donut in my 60 years on this planet.SORRY DUNCAN, this ruined it for me, never again.

  I tried their doughnuts and hot chocolate both were very tasteless and bland. As a Canadian that is used to Tim Hortons and expecting a lot out of Dunkin' not worth it at all.

  L'endroit est plutôt bien placé, celui-ci est propre mais nous avons eu un traitement qui fut pas à la hauteur de ce qu'on attends d'un Dunkin. Celui-ci fut très négligé car notre accent faisait qu'il ne comprenait pas notre anglais.

  It's October 15, 2025, 1:15 PM. I didn't think it possible to mess up an egg & cheese on a bagel but then again I never came here for one. * The bagel was dry as the Sahara Dessert - no butter was added to it before adding the egg & cheese. * The egg was overcooked as well adding to dryness of the sandwich. * You can see I tried to "doctor" it with ketchup - Which didn't work! I asked the Alam at the register if he had Mayonnaise and he responded they only have ketchup. 🙄🙄🙄 Almost like it's my first time walking into any DD on this God for saken planet. I know there's mayonnaise for the tuna they make. But maybe this is a special DD & they don't make Tuna. I took another bite and then I think I have some mayonnaise packets in my car so quickly run to get it. It literally was less than 50 steps away and when I walked in he was already at my table removing my "garbage." Only thing that prevented him from tossing this dry egg sandwich is that I left my laptop and backup charger in the seat. And he probably saw it last minute. I'm sure he was cursing about me leaving the things there when he didn't realize I was coming back in with my very own packet of mayonnaise because he and the other customer there had a surprise look on their faces. Sad to inform you that even with doctoring, nursing and personal care aiding I could not bring that egg sandwich to Life even after innoculating it with Ketchup & Mayonnaise! What a Waste of $6 as I had it as part of a meal. * He added too much ice even after I said half the ice he took like 3 cube out. I have tooth pain so ice irritates it! * I had asked for cream and sugar on the side. He added the cream & the sugar which stayed at the bottom of my cup because I don't do white sugar all that much. Lastly, my Tribe taught me to make sure you "Always leave a place BETTER than you found it!" SO if I EVER come back here again (highly doubtful) KNOW I clean up after MYSELF - down to the last Poppy Seed that came off the Dry Bagel & off the table that likely was not wiped down since opening this morning.
