  The staff was very attentive and we got our food quicker than I thought. There were a lot of people there and I was worried we'd wait a long time. I don't like how loud it is but we chose to eat in an arcade so there is that. I got a chicken breast and fries. It was good but the barbecue sauce was overly sweet and it was all over the chicken.

  I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food quality was excellent, portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The staff were very polite, attentive, and professional. The place was clean and had a great atmosphere. I will definitely come back again and recommend it to friends and family.

  I visited Dave & Buster’s tonight and overall was looking forward to having a fun experience. I ordered food and drinks and made it very clear when ordering that I have a mushroom allergy and requested no mushrooms on my meal. Unfortunately, I did find a mushroom in my food. When I brought this to the waitress’s attention, there was no response or acknowledgment, which was very disappointing—especially considering this involved a food allergy and could have been a serious health concern. I wanted to share this feedback because food allergies should always be taken seriously, and better communication and care in these situations would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

  After going back and forth between the kiosk and a person (we only saw 1 worker by the prizes, a barmaid, and 3 servers- one also the host) for 45 minutes our group of 10 finally received our play cards. The first kiosk only gave us 2 tickets (but held the bank amount of the whole amount until Tuesday), then a worker sent us to the barmaid who said she couldn't give us the cards unless we order our food right away, and sent us to another kiosk. I placed my order there and received the rest of our cards, but no receipt. This was the first time here for us, and didn't realize we need the receipt to order our food (you need the barcode), if not for another patron standing by asking if I received my receipt because he didn't. So, we had to wait for a manager. After about 5 minutes he came out got us our receipts and we were finally able to play after 45 minutes. After playing we went to be seated and waited at least 10 minutes for the host to seat us. We placed our order and within 3 minutes ONE dish was delivered to our table of 10, once his meal was almost gone the rest ouch our meals came.... this was the worst experience for my grandsons 8th birthday treat... thanks

  I recently visited Dave & Buster’s to celebrate my son’s birthday. I purchased an unlimited play card at the beginning of November; however, the information provided at the time of purchase turned out to be incorrect, which initially made me ineligible for a promised discount. To the manager’s credit, once the issue was addressed, it was handled professionally and the discount was honored. The more frustrating issue occurred during dinner service. A full rack of ribs was clearly listed on the menu, yet the server informed me she did not have the ability to order a full rack, only a half rack. I had to insist on ordering what was advertised and request to speak with a manager. During this interaction, the server responded rudely, stating that no one else had an issue with this and that I was the only one. Two minutes later, she returned and stated the issue was “fixed” and proceeded to take the order. This was not an isolated experience. This is the third time I have encountered situations at Dave & Buster’s that required manager involvement for basic service matters, which should not be the norm for a family entertainment and dining establishment. If it were not for the fact that my son truly enjoys this place—and the limited family entertainment options in the Buffalo area—I would not return. I would not generally recommend Dave & Buster’s based on service consistency. That said, if you are in a similar situation and need a venue to keep kids entertained, it may suffice, but expectations should be managed.
