  I went there as a guest of my daughter for a “company teambuilding “event. It was well organized, well attended, and the staff did a wonderful job of coordinating and supporting the “scavenger hunt” that all of us went on. having said that, one of the last things in the world I would go out of my way for is an evening and a very noisy, crowded arcade, with lots of bells and whistles, going off, and all sorts of fancy arcade games to play. I would much rather have a quiet dinner and a couple of good dirty martinis with perhaps a piano in the background. But I did this for my daughter, so it’s all good! and her company graciously provided everything.

  My first complaint is that Dave and Busters is violating NYS law. In New York to market a product as a milkshake it must contain ice cream even if it's just a small percentage. I confirmed with a server that the $8 small milkshake I received was made with milk and ice. That is unacceptable and tasted like garbage. There were onions in the rice my wife ordered, the plates given to the table were dirty and had some green leafy substance on them and when I asked for a fresh set we simply didn't receive them nor silverware. A reasonable amount of games were down or said "coming soon". The portion sizes were not respective to the price charged nor the quality provided. First negative experience here unfortunately, if we come back it will be strictly for the arcade as a decent amount of specialty drinks were out of stock also. Just missed the mark across the board here.

  Went here to celebrate my kids birthday. 8 kids. Wasn’t about to pay $500 for a party pack so I did it the cheaper way. Got the 4pack of playing tokens and got another 4 pack. N ordered food. They need to hirer more waitresses or have a device where customers can order themselves. Asked for 3 pitchers of water I was told they didn’t have any pictures for drinks…. Um what…? I would’ve brought my own dang. Asked for 15 waters that took 10 minutes. Then to order food that took 20 minutes for the waitress to actually come over to me to order. Asked for refills on water another 15 minutes. Asked for 2 ranch’s with my salad I got 1 asked for two more 15 minutes u asked my brother-in-law if they were making it. That’s how long it took for me to get the SMALLEST PORTION OF RANCH next time I’ll have my own bottle. And then we got taxed for normal tax and a mixed beverage drink and none of us got a mixed beverage drink(tax &MB) so I found that crappy. But my kid and her friends had fun that’s all that matters

  This the first place I’ve ever been to where I didn’t leave a tip and that says a lot . The attitudes in this place suck . Either everybody is drunk or just doesn’t care . 1hr wait for food ( wasn’t busy at all ) took about 25 minutes for our order to be taken . Definitely won’t be back !

  The games are ok for a arcade but the token prices are high. Ate dinner there, the food was nasty, everything was sticky, and everything on the menu was something I could get from walmart and cook in 5min. But having a meal + 90 game pass for 60$ was good becuse that time with the fsmily wad fun. Would I go there again, in 5 - 10 years when I forget about this past traumatic experience 🤔
