Rice is hard 100% of the time, no seasoning on chicken, out of ingredients every time. Yet somehow; the people who work here are even MORE disgusting than the food they serve. Truly the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN, and make sure the employees NEVER work in the food industry again. Sickening place. Will never return

How it’s not shut down or has above a 1.5 star rating is beyond me (2.4 is still the worst I’ve ever seen from a restaurant.) food is terrible and takes forever. Employees are awful, horrid human beings. Disgusting place and will never go to chipotle again, anywhere, for the rest of my life. (Last time I went they didn’t have rice, chicken, steak, beans, salsa or lettuce and that was not even close to my worst experience there.)

She repeated my request twice and STILL handed me 1 🤦🏾♂️then just stared at me like I was slow. My girl stepped up in my defense, ruined my appetite.

However, the bottom of the bag was ripped and salsa/grease was dripping out. The bottom of the bag was absolutely soaked so I politely asked for them to put it in a new bag. Instead, I got a glare from the employee and got a bag literally thrown at me through the pick up shelves. So instead of the employee taking it and putting it into a new bag, I had to do it-no gloves on while salsa and grease dripped all over my hands while they sucked down a drink and talked to their co worker. I hate picking up from this location. The employees are lazy, rude and careless.
