So I got a chicken burrito for myself and the chicken bowl for my dad, I did not really care for it. It didn't really taste like Mexican food, because I lived in Phoenix for 25 years and the Chipotle in Phoenix is really good you can taste the Mexican flavor in it here. In New York I did not get that Mexican flavor. 😧

So unfortunate. I typically avoid this location because I've experienced this a few times but I just happen to be in the area. I hope this gets better.

Not only I did not get what I ordered, the rice was not cooked, salty, tastes like a disaster. I paid almost $25 through Uber for a tiny bowl which didn’t have everything mentioned in the order. It was a complete ripoff, shame to humanity. If I read the reviews before I bought the food, that would probably save me from wasting my money and throwing up on top of it. This place needs to be closed down.

Servers and all employees are just straight rude and unprofessional place is unorganized a straight mess. went to pickup online order and waited in line with only one other person took 15 minutes to be acknowledged and order was just sitting the whole time on the side behind the counter meanwhile the person handling food is all over the place making orders ignoring us people waiting while having a speaker blasting music VERY UNPROFESSIONAL JUST DONT WORK IF YOU CANT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE OR MANNERS!!! Also asked for side of vinaigrette, but they don’t allow an option for online (DoorDash) And I got reprimanded that I should have put it on the order so it’s my fault that it’s not in the bag when I stated there’s no option online in the first place if i can’t rate 0 stars i would!!! i will be calling corporate
