  Ordered 2 bowls from them yesterday and the chicken was burnt bad that’s all I can taste and all they refunded was $10 also there was barely any rice or beans it was made sloppy

  Just watched a cashier use their bare hands to put shredded cheese from the mostly empty container into the new container she added to the line. When I said something she said she washed her hands, but that doesn't matter, it's illegal to handle ready to eat food without gloves in NYS. They never changed it out so they're for sure serving it to people. That's gross.

  I’m usually a fan of Chipotle, but this visit was very disappointing. While my burrito was being made, the tortilla ripped. Instead of starting fresh, the employee wrapped the torn tortilla inside a new one, which made the burrito messy, bulky, and difficult to eat. Food was spilling everywhere, and it felt more like a workaround than a proper fix. The overall cleanliness was also a concern. The counters were visibly dirty, and the dining area did not appear well maintained. To make matters worse, the fountain drink station was poorly stocked. Several syrups were empty and there was no ice available. What stood out most was the lack of urgency or care from the staff. The issues were obvious, yet no effort was made to correct them or improve the experience. I understand that everyone has off days, but this visit fell well below expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on cleanliness, product quality, and customer service going forward.

  First of all, i walked in expecting to have good service, good quality food and also a clean environment. Walked in line only to see a chipotle worker ordering her own food while there is about 5 people in line waiting to order. Aside that, she makes a rude comment to my boyfriend, he proceeds to ask what she said but she just says “nothing” and laughs. Okay weird. Still is ordering her own food as the line starts to get longer and longer. As i’m ordering my bowl, the worker behind the counter tells me he’s out of certain proteins/meats, certain vegetables, basically everything. I told him one of the options of meats were fine, i tell him i also want a portion of beans on my bowl and he gives me ONE singular scoop of beans, which looked like absolutely nothing. So expensive for what? Service was rude and selfish, clean up your mess in that place and clean up your attitudes.

  Chipotle is my FAVORITE PLACE but this one was so unorganized they had 5 or 6 staf standing but not working they had no peppers cooked and instead of someone doing it I had to wait almost 16 min after she already made my bowl for the rest of the ingredients not to mention I owwered 2 bowls and they didn't have enough protein for one bowl but she split it up so we only had a few pecices of protein when I'm used to how they usually make it at all the other location this one was definitely one of the worse one I been to
