  They are not #1 philly cheesesteak. Its so bland. You are better off eating something else there and go to philly for an awesome sub.

  Food was good!! I think my food may have taken a bit because I was waiting for my 20pc boneless chicken teriyaki wings, with bleu cheese and it may have taken like 15-18mins (however they did mention it will take a bit, and they seemed busy). The guy who was serving the food didn’t look too happy and he didn’t want to be there. The lady who took our order was really nice! I think there may have been to many strawberry chunks in my strawberry lemonade. No major problems! This was my first time ever having Charley’s

  Absolutely disgusting customer service. The cashier was rude, disrespectful, and incredibly unprofessional. While I was standing right there, she was whispering behind my back and accusing me of having an attitude — when I did not say a single word to her other than my order. That kind of behavior is childish and unacceptable. If you can’t handle doing your job without talking trash about customers, you should not be working the front counter. There was zero provocation on my end, yet I was treated like a problem for no reason. I don’t care how good the food is — an employee who openly disrespects customers ruins the entire experience. Management clearly allows this behavior, or it wouldn’t be happening. Save your money and go somewhere you’ll actually be treated with basic human decency.
