  Arcade is good. Restaurant staff, food and cleanliness are as bad as it gets. Rude staff, dozens of tables sit dirty and soiled for over an hour after guests leave. Staff is good at standing around.

  We were a table of 4 at 730 pm. The host greeted us in an uninterested but polite fashion. She asked us to wait to seat us because she needed to clean a table off first. She proceeded to remove the dirty dishes from a table and placed them on the table next to the one we were sat at. Our table wasn't wiped, there were no place settings given. Our waitress greeted us in a somewhat reasonable time. We ordered drinks immediately. If I had to guess we waited 8-10 min for those. I order a spicy margarita. The waitress handed me my drink stating "oh I should have told you the spicy margarita comes with a Modelo shooter". I knew it did not but was willing to go for it anyway. The drink I got was painfully sweet. Upon viewing the menu again, I easily identified it as some mango drink which was served in a completely different glass with the previously mentioned Modelo shooter. I informed the waitress, she was appropriate with her apology and said she'd get the correct drink. The waitress then proceeded to place said incorrect drink on the same, still dirty table next to us!! Meanwhile, we're looking directly at the host desk. The girl manning that (same one that seated us), was hunched over in her phone!! Other than disappearing for a few moments here and there, that's all she did!! Naturally, that made me observe more closely at the additional 5 tables around us just covered in dirty dishes!!! I truly find it mind blowing that any employee would be doing absolutely nothing with all of that work to be done! Needless to say, it's just nasty sitting and eating surrounded with filthy tables! Still waiting for my corrected drink I, became impatient and grabbed the wrong drink, still sitting amongst the pile of dishes next to us, and walked it up to the bar myself. One bartender was off in a corner flirting with two guys. The one in front of me hardly wanted to acknowledge me at all. Finally looking up at me, I explained I was waiting for a replacement drink that I believe is sitting on the end of the bar. She claimed they were busy, of course not to busy to be flirting with other patrons. I then asked for a second beer for my husband and was informed I would have to pay for it there. Only mildly understandable if policy, however if so, a very avoidable policy. Once back at my table with my correct drink of choice I did observe a girl over in the next section clearing a sea of more dirty tables! She did so on her own in a very sloth like fashion. Our food was delivered, we still had no silverware so we waited several minutes for that to be delivered. In which I proceed to unwrap the most disgustingly dirty set. To me completely inexcusable! Thankfully my son had only finger food and I used his mildly better set only after wiping them to satisfaction. The waitress did her best to apologize for everything, however she blamed the bartenders for retaliation against her for a sexual harassment case she had filed. This is definitely not something a customer needs to be aware of and only made me further question what kind of establishment you're running here. No I'm not expecting to be wined and dined at Dave and Busters by any means. I am however expecting much more than we experienced tonight. Our food was thankfully acceptable enough and truthfully we weren't expecting to be wowed from that either. As for the rest? Where was the manager this entire time? What is the current training process? Everything needs to be examined and a lot needs to be addressed and adjusted!!

  Came here with a few the family the waitress sucked she was miserable and I asked her how much the drinks were because on the menu doesn’t say the server was like well I don’t know. How do you not know how much stuff is on your menu and gave us attitude when we simply asked a few questions. Didn’t order food because after that encounter we were over it.

  Came From out of town .The grand kids were excited to take me to Dave & Buster's. Took my grandchildren and my daughter got seated near the bar waited over 40 minutes at one point five feet from us I counted six employees having a wonderful time not one time did anybody come to our table or see if we needed anything after 40 minutes we return THe menus and allowed the kids to play at their arcade. I did make a complaint to the manager and the only thing I was told was the waitress didn't communicate with the server or something along those lines I would not recommend this place.
