  Food was kind of okay.. but the cashier was HORRIBLE her attitude was completely unacceptable. I never come to Charley’s so I wasn’t completely used to the menu instead of being kind and assisting me more she was completely rude and nasty. I feel as though If you are working the cash register where you have to interact with people you should have a better attitude or just find another job. I read other reviews and they say the same so I know I’m not crazy. Smh

  They are not #1 philly cheesesteak. Its so bland. You are better off eating something else there and go to philly for an awesome sub.

  Food was good!! I think my food may have taken a bit because I was waiting for my 20pc boneless chicken teriyaki wings, with bleu cheese and it may have taken like 15-18mins (however they did mention it will take a bit, and they seemed busy). The guy who was serving the food didn’t look too happy and he didn’t want to be there. The lady who took our order was really nice! I think there may have been to many strawberry chunks in my strawberry lemonade. No major problems! This was my first time ever having Charley’s
