    April 2026 I bought chicken spicy nuggets, chili, 2 sugar cookies, fries, and fruit punch Hi-C. Most of the food was cold and had a chemical, weird taste to it! Yuck! The only thing that was right was the chili. Fries were cold and tasteless, drink taste awful, cookies were nasty, the nuggets were good but cold. I am so disappointed in this business. It use to be way better in quality and taste, but not anymore. If you want a weird chemical taste to your food and a drink that smells suspect, come to Wendy's on 505 Utica. You will not be disappointed. The food taste like it was manufactured in a laboratory. I'm serious! If you can, it's best to just cook at home.

    So first of all, Im writing this down tdy which is April 5, so anyways I order my food online at 12:58 the time is now 2:23and I still didn’t get my order as yet, I had a driver to pick up my food they didn’t get it and I think he got fed up and leave so they look for a next driver and he send a pic of all the food that need to be deliver and I ask him if he tell them that hes here for a pick up , he said yes but they don’t want to give it to him and he tell me to call the manager i DIDNT and now he got fed up and they are looking for a next driver bro Im sick it’s raining and I didn’t eat from morning, your at your workplace and when someone come to pick my order up yall acting stupid and not giving the delivers our food, like are we serious. Just watch if 3:00 come and I don’t get my food it’s going to be a problem for real.

    Never again. I typically order between 12AM and 5AM, so when things have been wrong/off, I've chalked it up to the time. Today I ordered 10 Piece Chicken Nuggets and Large Fries at 6:30PM, the order wasn't ready until 7:10, and the Coke Zero I still see in my order on DoorDash somehow turned into a Sprite (both in the cup and on the receipt, so it wasn't just a human error). They've consistently been slow like this since the new year, and by reading the complaints here I can see they suck at service throughout the day.
