  One star is actually too much. How do you order and still wait a half hour to get your food? They tell you to order at the kiosk but the kiosk only take cards. Meanwhile they're all standing in the back twiddling their thumbs. Delivery people come in and they tell them to wait even though the food is ready and sitting on the shelf getting cold. Always a forever line in this place. How they stay in business I have no idea. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

  It took 20 minutes to get literally one sauce and they charged me for it. The workers there are rude and didn’t even hand me the sauce after paying i had to wait another 5 minutes for ONE SAUCE.

  When it's great, it's great! I've ordered from here since 2025. But I've been wondering something, lately. I hate to ask this, but um... guys... are you okay? 😬 Things have been a hot MESS for the past month or two. Ridiculous wait times/crowds (not just at dinner hours, either! I just put in a pretty small order at 11:40AM. It's currently 12:34 & my poor original Uber Eats dude literally walked out like 5 mins ago. There's another one there waiting now, that's how bad it is. They don't even have the food yet & now it's telling me it won't be here until 1PM?) and not only that; I order the same thing basically every time and it's pretty simple. Two JR cheeseburgers (as in, cheese & that's it) & a large fry. I've never changed it, they can see my name on the order and whatnot. I've gotten it with ketchup and other stuff TWICE, now. And I get it, new workers come in, mistakes happen, I don't expect perfection every time. But these were pretty back-to-back, and I get the feeling that it's gonna happen again today, too. Honestly, it might not even be worth it, anymore. I have NO IDEA what's wrong with you guys all of a sudden, but... I hope things improve. If anyone reads this far, show love to some other Wendy's going forward, okay? :(

  I went in for a quick bite to eat but wasn't with; Slow service. It took 20 minutes to prepare 3 items and the food was cold and drink was warm as they served the beverage 1st and it sat there for 20 minutes until I received the food. The employee's are slow and then employee's would peek from the door to see how many people were left instead of preparing the food. 1 black lady helped moved everything along 🙌.

  Haven’t been at this Wendy’s in a while but the drive thru service was very poor! Had an AI take my order. Ok??!! and then waited almost 10 minutes for the wrong drink, cold fries, mediocre fish sandwich and the lady almost forgot to give me my frosty. She or her supervisor who kept coming and doing something at the drive thru cash register never apologized for the wait or anything. Not coming back here again! I need to quit eating fast food any way. Its so unhealthy! Thank God for the confirmation.
