  I did a Uber Eats order today April-2- 2026 two salads with a order of fries and 2 drinks ….. it was a dead roach inside of one of the salads my daughter noticed it while she was already eating it when I contact the store it was no answer….

  It's sad that I have to do this because every time I come over here to go shopping I stop at this Wendy's and I eat from there I will no longer eat from there I just came out of the Wendy's cuz I stopped to use the bathroom and an employee also came inside and used the next to me That lady walked out and did not wash her hands did not wash her hands at all I'm not either from this place no more and I recommend y'all don't either

  В холодную погоду зашли с друзьями погреться, думали заказать что-то горячее. Пока думали что заказать, один из сотрудников прогнал нас и сказал, что мы не можем здесь находиться, не покупая ничего. Ну мы и ушли. Мы хотели заказать что-то, но уже намеренно не стали ничего покупать. Банально не дают погреться в помещении, а ведь на улице аномально холодная для города погода. Совершенно бесчеловечный поступок, Иисус его накажет.

  Ordered two meals via the app for pickup/take out through the drive-thru. Drove about 10 minutes to this location and there is no actual drive-thru here. They have a walk-up window however, so I hop out and proceed to the window. A Wendy's employee opens the window and tells me to come inside. I go inside, there are about 20 people waiting between ordering and the order pick-up area. Orders are shown on an overhead screen as being prepared or ready, mine isn't even on the screen. I finally get to the front of the order pickup area and ask for my order/gave my name, guy looks at the screen, checks his kiosk and says, coming right up, will be ready soon. My order never showed up on the overhead screen, waiting about 15 minutes total and as I head out back to my vehicle there are people being served at the walk-up window! Why does the mobile app have a drive-thru option, with no drive-thru avaliable? Why would I go to the walk-up window for my order, but then told to come inside, where there is a zoo of people waiting to order and pickup? Why were people being attended to st the walk-up window, when I was told to.come inside for mine? Meals were decent and made to order as requested. However, I have so many questions and concerns with this Wendy's location and the business operation...geez!
