  I must have eaten three times here and they were good. But this time around on 4/7/2026 I bought a breakfast combo I believe it was the sausage egg and cheese and as I got halfway into it I felt a hard piece inside my mouth and when I took it out it happened to be plastic mixed in with the cheese an egg. I took it out and try to think nothing of it. But when I took one more bite I bit into more plastic, and then I got turned off and through half a sandwich away. I am very upset to have come across this and I don't have the time to go back and complain about it because I was ready for work. But I hope this reaches to other people to realize and identify when you're chewing on something if it's off 99% it might be something that had fell into the process. I really do hope that Wendy's sees this and responds back to me to at least compensate me I will go back maybe after work today to at least talk to them and see how they handle it. But if they handle it wrong trust me I will be back on here to let everyone know for this location.

  I stood there for 20 minutes trying to order the place was empty, but the staff completely ignored me. Then I waited another 30 minutes for my food. This is one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.

  I get nervous when I go into this store. I work in delivery. The workers don't work and just talk and move around. There is no result. Are there any managers who look after this place? They are not delivery people in their dreams. It would be better to close the store.👎-1⭐️

  Good evening. Your staff treats delivery drivers very poorly. There is a cashier on duty right now—she seems quite high-strung and keeps swearing; I’m not even sure what she’s talking about. We ask to pick up our orders politely—we speak courteously—yet she acts as if we aren't even human beings; she swears at us and does whatever she pleases. Please look into this matter. The fact that we may not speak the local language perfectly does not mean we are any less human; we are people, too—we simply want to work and provide for our families. If she is tired, she should go home and rest; there is no need for her to take out her stress and bad attitude on us. After all, everyone has nerves and a temperament, but work is work. She gets paid for doing her job, and we get paid for doing ours. Thank you for your understanding.

  the staff is so rude, they told me they close 30 mins early & didn’t let me in but there was people who was ordering inside. i definitely will not come back, the staff should be fired…
