  The bowl that I ordered basically has nothing and they keep on messing up my order and include things I requested not to be in it . They need to improve the amount they put in the bowl because it was a lot before but now it’s nothing

  I have been coming here for a while but over the last month or 2 I don’t know if they made changes to the employees but since then I have had my order messed up like 5 times and the amount of food they serve now is hardly anything compared to before , it doesn’t have anything in it but some granola

  The food (Chicken pesto and sweet potato) taste good. How ever when ordering delivery they don’t put the side that you request. And when you call they don’t answer. So I notice 3 days in a row I haven’t received my sides included.

  I’ve ordered from here twice in a row. When you order on doordash or uber eats. They have no respect for your order. They send everything poorly packaged. I just got a smoothie from them completely spilled, because the entire bottom of the cup caved out, and the top that they put on couldn’t even fit. When you call the restaurant directly, they don’t answer their calls so there’s no resolution that can be made. Horrible service, and they take very long with your order. Hopefully you guys take action on this bc a $32 order with horrible service isn’t it..

  When this location first opened up the service and cleanliness were amazing, however I’ve found that as time has gone by it’s gone downhill and that’s unfortunate. I’ve frequented this location often since its initial opening and I must say I am rather disappointed in what it has become. Orders are often messed up with little to no accountability and when you attempt to contact the store about the matter the phone goes unanswered. I’ve had to contact corporate twice thus far because of this and they’ve had no resolution either. The times that I’ve gone to the store the service was very slow and the upkeep of the store was not satisfactory. I walked in this morning and there were four employees on duty; two making the smoothies, one taking orders (who completely left the register right as the person in front of me finished ordering), and one person making the orders ( who’s attitude and facial expressions were not the most pleasant ). After waiting about two minutes with no one addressing me I had to ask one of the people making the smoothies if it was just one person taking orders. He apologized and proceeded to take my order. When my order was completed and handed to me it was wrong, I was charged for something extra and didn’t receive it. I expressed this and was told it was in the bag. The young man took the bag to put in the additional item and still came back with it not in there. At this point I would’ve been late to my next destination so I just left without it because I just couldn’t be bothered anymore.
