I tried to call and voice my concerns but I was rudely hung up on by a woman after she spoke to a male and he informed her to hang up on me - very horrible service. I asked when exactly had the ground beef been changed, she responded. I couldn’t understand her and asked her to repeat and that’s when the male employee instructed her to hang up. I will be reaching out to BurgerBusters in regard to making a formal complaint towards the district manager. It is highly unacceptable when you take a couple bites of something and it immediately gives you nausea. The smell and the consistency of the meat product is not to standard of Taco Bell at all. Luckily my other items used a different protein. Taco Bell at Pitkin Ave Brooklyn - count your days of making our community sick. This cannot and will not go on any longer.
