  Terrible. Absolutely unacceptable. Place is empty and bare with so many delivery drivers right infront of the cashier waiting for the order. The cashier infront of me couldn’t even count the bills i handed to him. When i got my change, even that was incorrect. Never this branch again.

  Verdict: Bad. Skip this location if you want taco bell. Serviceable in a pinch if you need a 24hr solution. Stopped in for a late night bite at 1115pm last night. Ordered a beefy potato loaded griller and a cheesy gordita crunch. The cheesy gordita crunch was not full warmed up, the cheese was unmelted, and there was minimal beef filling. Wild given the price of this is now $6+ (?!?) after previously being ~$3. You can get delicious real tacos at Los Tacos #1 or Ramirez in NYC now for less than that. The beefy potato loaded griller was certainly not loaded. Taco bell cantina near penn station, 14th, or actually serves full tacos/burritos, go to those if you're having an actual taco bell craving. Service was very quick (<5 minutes). There was food/garbage left sitting on two of the tables, no one else eating in. Overall, disappointed and wish I could get my money back. Go elsewhere.

  Highly do not recommend this restaurant. They are giving out flat tacos with only a spoonful of meat. If you want a full taco do not come here. Ive notice the independently owned franchise that hires their own always cheat customers on food and hiking prices up.
