- ARAntonio Renkins6 days ago1.0The worst Subway sandwich shop I’ve ever been to. The absolute worst customer service ever. Very rude, impatient and they always skimp on the vegetables, only a tiny bit.

I’ve lived in this area for 5+ years and the workers have always had bad attitudes, this place reeks of unprofessionalism. I stopped going here 2 years ago to buy my food because of the way they treat people. Today was my first time ordering online and my order was cancelled because the workers did not know how to deal with my particular situation. Pretty much my account had my old phone number on it and I did not realize this but my name and order tracker was clearly listed on my order, my husband went in to pick my food up and they refused to give him my food because the phone number was incorrect but he gave them the item I ordered and my full name with a screenshot of the order. They cancelled my order then said I did it because they started to be rude towards my husband and my husband gave them the same treatment back even though my order was already made and waiting. I will be reporting this to corporate and really hope they get shut down, people shouldn’t have to go through obstacles just to get their food when our normal lives are filled with daily challenges already.

I came another time and they say they close at 1130 and they closed at 11pm. I went to the front door and the two male workers proceeded to laugh and say they were not opening the door. False advertisement. I am looking at the store hours and you closing way before store time
