  Placed an online order by mistake and called immediately to cancel. Despite multiple visits cause it was a bigger order and leaving my contact info, I never heard from the manager. I hope the store takes responsibility and contacts me to resolve this

  I order from this Subway a lot. They are kind and the sandwiches are made well! Ingredients are always fresh. I had a problem with an order recently and they took excellent care to make it right.

  Today I received two email notifications that two separate Subway orders had been placed on my account using my free sub offer as well as gift cards I had saved on my account. The orders were placed for and picked up at the 7517 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY location. I live in Montana and did not place the orders, nor do I even know anyone in Brooklyn. My account was hacked and the hackers used the funds and offers available on my account to get themselves food. I have spent the past 3 hours trying to clean this mess up, update my password, file complaints with the FBI online crime division, etc. This is absolutely insane that more security protections were not on the app. Please replace ALL stolen offers and funds, find and pursue charges against the person(s) who did this, and also provide compensation for the time I have had to waste dealing with this and emotional toll it has taken on me. I feel violated and it should not have taken this long or been so difficult to contact Subway only to still have no resolution. The website and app platforms for getting help are a joke. When you attempt to call the phone number for the restaurant it either states the voicemail is not set up, or someone picks up the phone then hangs it up. Either way, you cannot reach a person. Someone needs to reach out to me about this theft, immediately.

  Let someone rob me and place an order on my account then they don't have a working phone or customer service contact to resolve the issue.

  Absolutely horrendous service at this subway location. An Asian man was working two days ago at around 8pm who rudely yelled at me that he does not accept the subclub sandwich deals on the app, and promptly cancelled my order. I googled it and it seems as though corporate has ordered all subway franchise owners to accept coupons regardless of personal preference as of dec 2023, so I’m confused as to what his issue is. Regardless, he was very disrespectful and should be fired.
