- LBLady BrownMar 20, 20262.0I did a online pickup around 12pm for a pickup at 5-6pm. Upon entering the parking lot, I was told that any stay after 1.5 will be charged event pricing $50-$60🚩. I get there for 6:00, no one was available to bring items to my car🚩 I went inside to the pickup area and joined the line. After waiting twenty minutes, I was told my order isn't ready and they have no idea when it will be ready🚩 I was asked if I wanted to cancel my order, huh, "I'm Leaving Here With Something". I opted to cancel my order and shop for my items. I picked up almost everything I ordered, when I went to the register they didn't honor a $15 coupon that they had available🚩 "Get Your Manager". I finally got through with my coupon. Exiting the parking lot It was supposed to be free parking for pickups but I was charged $5🚩 I was too exhausted to fight for $5, mind you I was racing the clock to avoid event pricing. NEVER AGAIN. Stop & Shop don't offer services you don't have available, mind you this is a nice supermarket.

- JMJenita MartinMar 14, 20261.0Horrible customer service went in to have 8 ballons blown up was charged 35.00 for 8 ballons the manager who was walking around on her cell phone Keisha took 40 minutes to come back with them & had the nerve to have a attitude as she handed them to me . I missed 40 min of my granddaughter party bc of her . No apology or anything. Just horrible
