  I’ve been here many times considering I live across the street. My first run in with the manager was disgustingly unprofessional and they use profanity at first inconvenience. I was told I had to be denied service/kicked out because my service dog did not have her vest on. I tried to show her the ada rules and she told me she didn’t care because corporate called her personally due to the fact they’re watching her every move and they said to kick me out or she’ll lose her job. Also I was told the location does not do pup cups

  Excellent customer service, and the staff was 10 points. The burgers are big and full of flavor. They have spicy options, classic favorites, and local options. I’ll definitely be back!

  The burger was juicy with perfectly crispy edges, and everything tasted fresh and well put together. The fries came out hot and crispy too no complaints at all. Armand was friendly, professional, and on top of everything,

  I recently visited the Smashburger location and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly kind, gentle, and respectful throughout our visit. The manager was very attentive and clearly takes pride in their work—making sure our family’s food was fresh and that we were well taken care of at our table. The cashiers were also amazing—soft-spoken, patient, and welcoming. It’s not often you come across such consistently great service from the entire team. I will definitely be returning to this location and highly recommend others to stop by and eat here!

  I had such a great experience at Smashburger! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The manager, Gerald, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—his positive attitude really sets the tone for the whole place. His cashier was just as amazing—friendly, attentive, and made the whole ordering process smooth and enjoyable. The food was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly, but what really stood out was the customer service. It’s rare to feel this valued as a customer, and this team truly made my day. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location at Gateway Mall Center.
