  Im just now getting my order 2 hours after I placed it on your website (initial ETA was 40 min). I did not receive a call, text, app update, or any notification that my food had been delivered. This is after calling the restaurant for an update and then eventually going down to the front desk of my hotel to see if anything had been delivered. The front desk said that the person who delivered the order didn't even give a name of who the order was for. This is horrible service.

  Asking delivery drivers that make you money to wait outside is just rude. Pizza is over priced as well. Not even a restroom available for paying customers.
