  Used to be my favorite, but never again. I've been a loyal customer here since 2023, but my experience today was the last straw. I placed a pickup order, and when I arrived, the lady at the register was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It's frustrating to be treated this way, especially when you’re a regular. There are plenty of other Asian spots on this block to choose from save your money and avoid this overpriced place. The service has gone downhill, and I highly don't recommend it anymore!

  I didn’t like the soup because it had a lot of fat — there were large chunks of beef fat in it. In authentic pho, excess fat is usually not served like that. I also didn’t like that the meat itself had a lot of fat. For people who don’t eat fat, it makes the meat unpleasant and difficult to eat, and it takes away the desire to enjoy the soup. On top of that, the waiter was unable to explain the difference between the soups.

  This new management really suck.. New menu and fancier utensil doesn't help. I've been going here for years...They raised the prices which I don't mind , but they shrunk the portion..a real case of shinkflation. If you raise the prices, at lease keep the potion the same. Plus it was cold and they weren't very happy when I asked for them to make the soup hotter and add a little more broth. They came back with the soup hotter, but added no broth. Ended up eating all noodle in half a bowl of broth.

  I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and even came after my high school graduation so it carries many memories. Recently I ordered the grilled beef with rice to go along with a Vietnamese three colored drink and it was exactly as I expected. It settled my craving for good Vietnamese and was convenient. Looking forward to try the new menu and beef pho with shank at the restaurant

  blatantly disrespectful because i misunderstood how their ordering system worked. as a new customer excited to try their food it was horribly unprofessional and i will definitely not be returning. Since you asked for more information, let me begin by saying there won’t be a next time. I haven’t had Pho since moving to Brooklyn, and i was so excited to find somewhere to eat Pho. Your employees are: rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and genuinely racist. I didn’t realize there was a hostess to check in with because of the layout, and the fact that i wasn’t greeted when i came in. So, i walked right up to the counter and tried to order. I was never asked if i wanted to dine in or take out, but the egregious rudeness and disrespect began when I told them i wanted to dine in. When i was finally seated and asked if i want hot tea or cold water, I asked for cold water. I got a cup of boiling hot water, when i asked a second time for cold water the “waitress” rushed over with a cup full of ice cubes (that it seemed like she had prepared for the express purpose of this weird rude theater) and poured the hot water over them. It was at this point that I stood up and left without touching a bite of the food.
