  I got stew chicken with cabbage and plantains. The chicken was sooooo dry. Honestly how do you stew chicken and it’s dry? This terrible meal cost me $17 which is outrageous. The portions were so small like smaller than a small plate. I can’t recommend. I know it’s park slope but at that price point the food needs to be better. Very disappointed.

  $10 for cold distasteful food. Didn’t taste authentic at all just loaded with pepper. The lunch special sz is a 3 inch by 4 inch container it’s more of a snack, definitely not worth it.

  This place doesn’t even get 1 star from me. I’m a fan of peppas. Especially from the one on Utica and flatlands and been eating from them for so long so when I moved to park slope I was so excited to know that we had a peppas. Walked in and that lady with the glasses , tall has the most disgusting attitude/customer service. On the phone running her jibbs. No manners at ALL! The food was so disgusting. I was afraid I was going to get sick. The chicken was stale and had a smell to it. The plantains was hard as a rock. The rice was terrible and I never seen a plate so small for a medium or large. She didn’t bother to greet me. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. I never experienced nothing like this before. She makes peppas look bad! NEVER EVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN. I’ll continue to go to my usual locations. BEWARE PEOPLE!!!

  The person at the conter was horrible, this woman did not great you after you said hi and I witnessed it with other customers..one and done.
