I placed my order at 7:35 PM, and it is now 9:31 PM—almost TWO HOURS later—and my food still hasn’t arrived. This is completely unacceptable. When you order food, you expect reasonable delivery times, not to be left waiting all night with no updates or explanation. There was no communication, no courtesy call, and no accountability. It shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. If you can’t handle the volume of orders, don’t accept them. Leaving customers waiting this long with no transparency is unprofessional and frustrating. At this point, the food quality doesn’t even matter anymore because the experience has already been ruined. I will not be ordering from this location again, and I would strongly recommend others think twice before trusting them with their time and money.

I recommend calling and placing order first and then walk-in or just order to your door, but I've loved Papa Johns ever since Public School so I don't know an increase in service is great and more workers like 2 cashiers and 5 cooks during late night shifts.
