0 out of 10 recommend this location. I've come here once before a while ago and I didn't return for a long time because one of the employees (I think the manager) was so rude. It left such a bad impression. I decided to try it again because it had been a few years and I had an equally bad experience with what I think was the same guy. He asked me a question at the register and I repeated my answer 3 times at a normal volume (in fact, raised my volume each time and repeated the question back to him to make sure I was understanding) and then he mocked me. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It seems this location does not care about customer service at all, so if you do, I would find somewhere else to eat.

Panera Bread CEO, you need to hire more people and stop cutting corners.
The food is fine - it's a chain. But I can't be waiting 30 minutes for an overwhelmed staff member to put a pre-made muffin into a bag. There were 2 people working in the ENTIRE store during lunch rush and perhaps 20 other people who'd placed in-person, kiosk, delivery, or rapid pick-up orders.
Next time, I'm placing my pick-up order an hour in advance.

The manager is great and understands the value of customer service. However, the cashier on duty on 3/22/26 was rude and needs to be trained in basic customer service. I paid for my coffee in the kiosk and went to the counter in the most polite way to ask for my receipt and a coffee cup. The cashier’s demeanor was immediately short, rude and standoffish. Not only did I not notice the cups sitting on the right side of the counter, but some places do not want you to take cups without first showing proof of purchase. She behaved like I was bothering her soul and had no patience and was plain cold blooded in her interaction with me just for asking for a cup, my receipt and I also asked if upstairs was open. If she hates customers, she should find another line of work.

I’ve been going to this Panera location for years. I use to love going there. It was clean and felt warm. Now? The manager had an attitude as I asked a question about the soups as I was leaving. He acted like I was interrupting him and the manager women always mess up bagging the orders. The food doesn’t even taste the same anymore. I was not happy with my meal.
