  I came into the store at 7:05 pm and the manager and other were workers were not tending to me. I asked to please be given my order because i could see it shortly across from where i was standing. I was given the order and the manager said you dont have to be rude. I was annoyed by the lack of service but I never said anything rude, i never raised by voice and i didn't do anything confrontational. The manager who is a fair skinned woman with a Jamaican accent started arguing with me and said she didn't like my tone. I told her I am entitled to feel upset because I wasnt getting ny order she continued to argue with me and I asked to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. I asked for her name and she refused to share her name or the name of her supervisor. This place has poor customer service and no accountability.

  Very busy most the day and early night in the drive thru. The inside store is not open all night but is usually busy during the day. It's clean compared to others and is pretty large. The group of people and kids can get overwhelming at times.
