  I had one of the worst experiences here. The food quality was absolutely unacceptable — my french fries had visible mold on them, and the burger smelled off before I even took a bite. I don’t understand how something like this can even make it out of the kitchen. It honestly made me question the hygiene standards of the entire place. The staff didn’t seem to take the issue seriously either, brushing it off like it was nothing. For a place that’s supposed to be fast, reliable, and safe to eat at, this was a huge disappointment. I definitely won’t be coming back after this.

  First time im reviewing anything, just got to the point where i had to do this, since i regularly do pickup, usually from this specific place. 8/10 times they are rushing, or ignoring you in pickup only spot. Multiple times i had my order go completely cold since they said its not ready yet, when it was ready, when i received said order and complained about the coldness or quality, they usually blamed me or refused to remake it. Mind you, like i said i use this place a lot, either drive through wise or pick up wise since i live close by. Also, at night, even though this is 24/7 spot, sometimes they dont let you go inside and have you pick up or order outside and eat outside no matter the weather. I understand they dont want to clean or whatever but then again. I know mcdonalds is not a high end place but basic respect goes long way, especially when people like me use it a lot. Also i assume they are new, but theres a staff member there for these last couple days, that told me specifically my order was ready then gave me my order cold and soggy, and then very recently, mcdonalds app glitched so i didnt have order number but i had receipt and my name and what was in my order, he refused to give me my order, even when i said specifics of said order, showed the digital receipt and etc, until another man came and just gave it to me. Just really weird interaction.

  Very bad food, never go to mcdonald again. Very very bad. I order mcchicken no sauce nothing no taste. Very bad. Hope management will take action.

  The worst place in this restaurant is the toilet. For some reason, there's only one for everyone, and there's always a long queue. Inside, it's so incredibly dirty that it's impossible to even approach the toilet. Of course, this depends on the customers, but the restaurant management should also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the toilet. It's a real shame that such a place leaves only negative memories.
