  By far the worst McDonald’s. I could tell epic poems about the tales of this BAD McDonald’s and if I could give a place negative stars I would. The children acting out in the afternoon so they need security, the staff being outright challenged, their customer service being absolutely trash, or the fact that they don’t know what’s going on half the time. Just do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY! Definitely don’t get an Uber Eats order from here.

  There is a manager here named Tanisha; she treats us very kindly, provides excellent food service, and is courteous to those of us who handle deliveries—she even occasionally offers us free coffee.😊 The manager here is excellent; thanks to him, we receive our food very quickly and don't have to wait long at all.🤍

  Two in the neighborhood, both owned by the same people, but the service at this one on Church and Kings highway is the best. The wait time is shorter, and the employees are so much nicer than on Utica and Clarkson Ave. The only problem is that there are less seating room. The seniors like to sit and talk to each other, for hours, so they are occupying the tables. They need a set of tables outside, by the parking area, if possible, for the summer. Just saying.

  Management should do something about the homeless and shady people begging for money at this location. Customers cannot have a good, relaxing moment eating their food without having to interact with beggars. It feels unsafe.

  Estés es el McDonald's más cercano que tengo para ir pero lamentablemente siempre hay inseguridad sufrí un atentado mi familia y yo por una persona que amenazaba con sacar armas a lo cual me asuste mucho le provoco miedo terrible a mi a mi hija tanto que ya no quiere axistir más a ese lugar y lo más triste que ningún empleado se prestó ayudar todos se quedaron igual , hay cualquiera puede ir y matar o agredir todos los que están hay sin problema esto pasó el domingo 3/8/2026 en Atlantic Brooklyn
